How do I get started?
Create your company account, choose your worker seats, then allocate seats and invite staff. Staff download the app and join with their invitation. Complete your company’s readiness checks before live use. See the setup guide.
Can managers use LoneApp on a phone?
Yes. Open app.loneapp.co.uk in your phone’s browser. The Menu button gives you access to the dashboard pages permitted for your account. No separate manager app is needed.
Where do staff get the app?
Download LoneApp from the Apple App Store or Google Play for Android, then join using your company invitation. The app is free to download; your employer provides the worker seat. See app downloads.
Who responds if someone needs help?
Your organisation’s nominated primary and backup responders. A staffed alarm receiving centre is not included. LoneApp supports your response arrangements; your business needs to agree and test them before live use.
How much does it cost?
£3 per worker seat per month plus VAT. Management dashboard access is included, and staff don’t purchase their own subscriptions. Calculate your team’s cost.
Does LoneApp include inactivity and fall detection?
Yes, as experimental features. Inactivity and fall detection are unverified: they can miss an incident or raise a false warning, and work only while LoneApp is open or during an activity with background location on. Always rely on scheduled check-ins and the HELP control. Explore the worker features.
