Do managers need a paid seat?
Managers who only use the dashboard do not need a paid worker seat. Once your company is on subscription billing, a manager who also uses the worker app for their own lone-working activities needs a worker seat.
What does a worker seat cover?
A seat is for one person using the LoneApp worker app. It brings activities, check-ins, experimental inactivity and fall detection, a hold-for-help alarm and clear response updates together with the included manager dashboard. Explore the worker app and manager dashboard.
Is there a separate dashboard fee?
No. The management dashboard is included in the £3 per worker, per month + VAT price.
How do I purchase worker seats?
The company owner opens Billing & seats, reviews the seat quantity and any payment, and confirms through Stripe. New customers create a company account first. Staff download the app free and do not buy their own subscriptions.
Does this include a staffed response service?
No. Your organisation nominates the people responsible for responding to alarms. A staffed alarm receiving centre or emergency response service is not included.
Is VAT included in the £3 price?
The £3 price excludes VAT. At the standard UK VAT rate of 20%, one worker seat is £3.60 per month including VAT. The calculator shows both amounts.
What about cancellation and changing seat numbers?
Subscriptions renew monthly automatically. Seat increases are quoted before confirmation and paid with a prorated charge; reductions and cancellation take effect at the next monthly renewal.
